Return Requirements
For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

In brand-new, unused condition

In their original packaging and cartons

Accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may incur a restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
Please note that original shipping charges (both to and from your location) are non-refundable, even for items marked as “Free Shipping.”
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not accept the package.
Before signing for delivery, note any visible damage on the delivery slip and ask the driver to sign acknowledging it.
You may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Once we confirm the issue, we will either:
